In a very dirty and corrupt neighbourhood everyday life between the people living in the streets is filled with robberies, rapes and violence of any kind in the fight for survival. A liquer store owner discovers a case of toxic "Viper" in his cellar and desides to sell it to the local hobos for a dollar a bottle without knowing that consuming it brings horible death by toxic meltdown. Two homeless friends find themselves up against the effects of the toxic "Viper" and "Bronson", a Vietnam veteran with sociopathic tendencies,who is one of the most dangerous thugs of the hood and a debt collector.
